How can a federal immigration law enforced by a state be racist in and of itself?
Isn’t it only an enforcer that can profile and not the law itself that profiles?
Any agency or law enforcement officer who profiles will face lawsuits and other consequences on a case by case basis as they already do with other enforcement issues.
In that light isn’t the new Arizona immigration reform law well within the constitution?
If you haven’t at least skimmed the text of the law don’t bother answering.
