If you’ve ever watched TMZ in the ending credits there is a short clip of caricature of Harvey Levin in a mugshot-ish scene saying “I’m a lawyer.” Is there some meaning behind that?

he is a lawyer. its probably like an inside joke or something because he doesnt look/act like a lawyer..?
