What kind of job can you get in a law firm before you have 4 years of college?

You have to either be with a firm for 3 years before you can become a paralegal or have 4 years of school and one year in a law firm before you can become a paralegal. I have one year of school and i would like to know what kind of jobs are out there in firms for me to oneday become a paralegal.
