What is the Texas lawsuit against law firm representing investment company?
This lawsuit was brought on behalf of the investment company (i.e., a derivative action) and against the officers or managers of the company, and claims were also asserted against the law firm representing the officers/managers to keep the firm from using investors’ funds as legal fees it earned in representing the officers/managers. I would like to know what the case name is, or where it is being tried, or any other relevant information. I believe it was in a Texas court; federal court, I think.
