What kind of lawyer deals with mobile home buyers?

I have just put a down payment and 2 months rent on a mobile home. The lady we are buying it from used some website to type up the papers. We just talked to a neighbor and she said the trailer is behind on payments and the people we just got it from were blowing the money we gave them to put toward the payments.
I know I need to see a lawyer but I don’t know what kind of lawyer to see. What should I do?
We are renting to own.
